Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of YTMeet. If you do not agree, stop using the service. Our Privacy Policy explains its data handling.
The service and your eligibility
YTMeet converts authorised public single-video links from YouTube and Instagram to MP3 or MP4. Use it only if you meet the age, permission and legal-capacity requirements that apply to you. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to accept these conditions for it.
Permission and responsible use
Use this tool only when you have both the necessary content rights to download and convert the media and the source platform's authorisation for the access method. Content rights may arise from ownership, an appropriate licence or an applicable legal exception; they must cover relevant music, recordings and third-party footage as well as the video itself. You are responsible for checking copyright, other applicable rights and the source platform's rules before submitting a link. A publicly accessible URL alone does not establish permission to download, redistribute or reuse its contents.
Follow the applicable YouTube Terms of Service or Instagram Terms of Use, including their restrictions on automated access and downloading. Accepting those terms or our checkbox does not grant permission from a platform or rights holder. YTMeet does not verify or grant those permissions. Our Copyright and permissions page explains these separate requirements and how to raise a copyright concern.
Do not use YTMeet for infringement, unlawful distribution, fraud, harmful activity or unauthorised access. Do not probe private networks, defeat access restrictions, obtain another person's job links, or overload the service. Private, protected and live content, sign-in flows, playlists and multi-video posts are not supported.
Limits and temporary results
Maximum duration is 30 minutes and maximum output size is 350 MiB. Queue, storage, rate and daily operating limits also apply. A requested quality is a maximum, not a promise that the source contains that resolution. Results normally expire after 15 minutes; keep your own copy after downloading. Restarting the service clears earlier jobs.
Ownership and independent platforms
Media remains owned by its respective rights holders. Using this tool gives you no additional licence to that media or to YTMeet branding, software or design beyond permissions separately granted by the relevant owner. YTMeet is independent of YouTube, Instagram and other companies named here; those names identify sources and do not imply endorsement. Those services can change their systems or restrict access.
Availability and warranties
YTMeet is offered as available, without a promise that every video will work or that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. We may change, pause or remove features, including when needed to maintain or protect the service. Keep backups of anything important.
Responsibility and legal rights
Where the law allows, YTMeet excludes responsibility for indirect losses, such as lost revenue or business interruption. You are responsible, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for third-party claims and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful use or deliberate infringement. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or excludes liability that the applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Any dispute remains subject to applicable law and mandatory legal protections.
Optional support and sponsorship
Downloads are free. Optional support does not purchase extra features, queue priority or a guaranteed conversion. Review the recipient, amount and terms on the external payment page. Contact the operator for payment questions or refund requests. Sponsor campaigns require a separate agreement on the placement and dates.
Abuse, suspension and copyright reports
Access may be restricted or suspended for misuse or to protect the service and other users. The operator can restrict specific source videos, cancel affected jobs and withdraw available results after review. Reported URLs are not automatically treated as infringing. Follow the reporting and dispute process on the Copyright and permissions page. Do not send account credentials. A restriction may be reversed after review, but deleted files are not restored.
Updates and contact
Revised terms will be posted here with an updated date. Review them before further use; any notice or consent required by applicable law remains necessary. Operator: YTMeet. Business contact details have not been published for this installation.
